The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 87/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The Chowkidar suspected Babar Miyan and his family members killed his daughter Rani Khatun and concealed her dead body, as she had love affair with a boy.

It appears from the case diary that during the course of investigation witnesses have supported the facts. In para 14 of the case diary Noor Jahan disclosed that Babar Miyan, his wife and

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
