The service of the petitioner has been terminated inter alia on grounds that the certificate of having passed the Teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.277 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Eligibility Test was found to be forged. The certificate has not even been enclosed by the petitioner. Meaning thereby the allegation is confirmed.
No cause for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
