Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are the employees of erstwhile Bihar State Electricity Board now known as Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd., and are admittedly workman have grievance as with regard to their condition including the claim of promotion/designation has to be raised before the appropriate competent authority under the Labour Law and/or Labour Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8573 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to seek remedy under the Labour Law before the competent authority/Court.

That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
