The petitioner seeks bail in Dhibra P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter.

It is submitted that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that nobody kidnapped her. She herself went to the house of the petitioner and she wanted to marry with him, but she is a minor and she wants to go to her parent's house. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
