It is pointed out by Counsel for the petitioner that respondents have taken a stand in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 7 that final seniority list for granting promotion of eligible VLW/VEW against the vacancy of Agriculture Officer under 20% quota is under consideration. The case of the petitioner is also to be considered by the Promotion Committee, subject to his being found eligible for grant of such benefits.

In view of such submission made in the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.2068 of 2016(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 affidavit, since the matter is under process, Counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the instant proceeding.

It is needless to say that the exercise should be completed in accordance with law having due regard to the petitioner's eligibility taking into consideration the benefits to which the petitioner would be entitled to pursuant to the order and judgment dated 21.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 20636 of 2014.

The writ petition is disposed of.
