JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 507 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 386, 307, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 507 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11638 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
