Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the present petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of the informant with intent to marry her. The victim was recovered and in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has stated that she has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court A.C.J.M, 1st, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
