This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 305 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
