JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 02.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15451/2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that victim in her statement recorded u/s 164 of the Cr. P. C. has stated that she voluntarily left her house and performed marriage with this petitioner. She stated her age to be 20 years. Till date no prosecution witness has been examined and petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and the fact that no prosecution witness
