====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seeks bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 665 of 2018), instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are ladies.

It is alleged in the written report that Md. Rajesh has kidnapped sister of the informant. It is further alleged that petitioners helped Rajesh Kumar in kidnapping sister of the informant.

The victim girl on recovery has given statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10745 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which is available in paragraph-47 of the case diary wherein she has not levelled any allegation of specific overt act against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 665 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
