The petitioner is accused in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and amendment Act, 2018.

The accusation is of recovery of five litres country made liquor kept in gallon from the house of the petitioner in course of execution of process under Section 83 Cr.P.C. issued against the petitioner in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics and he is in custody since 06.01.2020.

No.9806 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S.
