This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Basnahi P.S. Case No.207 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

The petitioners are the family members of the girl, who and the son of the informant had eloped and got married. The petitioners have clean antecedent. 4.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10241 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa / concerned Court below, in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No.207 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
