The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 366, 511 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 6.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43379 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.1.2016 and he has already completed one year in jail custody.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Ram Chandra Yadav, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11773 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the IV A.D.J., Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.6 of 2016 (S.T. No. 215 of 2016, T.R. No.452 of 2016), subject to the condition that petitioner would participate in the court proceeding.
