Petitioner was granted the privilege of regular bail by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2016, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27365 of 2016 subject to the condition that he shall deposit Rs. 20 lakhs in installment within a period of six months from the date of his release but petitioner uptil now has deposited only Rs. 10 Lakhs and the period as fixed by this Court is going to be expired. However, petitioner seeks extension of time so that he could deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 10 lakhs for which, six months time is sought on behalf of the petitioner. By way of last indulgence, the order dated 06.09.2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9979 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27365 of 2016 is modified to the extent that petitioner must deposit remaining amount of Rs. 10 lakhs within six months from today failing which learned Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in above stated Salkhua P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 without any delay.
