The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One Pujani Devi named in the F.I.R. was apprehended on the spot along with 02 litres of refined oil. She disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a female.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
