The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 79/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/337/353/307/ 379/411/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 56 of the Bihar Mineral Concession Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Rule, 2019 Section 21 of the MMDR Act and Section 15 of the F.E.P. Act.

Since the allegation against the petitioner is of being involved in illegal mining of sand, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
