Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.8506 of 2017 dated 24.11.2021. 3.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.8506 of 2017 dated 24.11.2021, before the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners and grant similar benefits to them as of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.8506 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
