The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. Moreover, Md. Ahmad Hussain, husband of deceased, is in custody. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
