Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P. S. case no. 188/2014 registered under sections 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case between the parties and annexure 4 to this petition reveals that informant sustained one incised wound over wrist joint 1" x 1/8" x skin deep. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case as well as counter case and also taking note of dimension of injury sustained by the informant of the present case, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of
