====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of the case, it appears that there are continuous F.I.R. being lodged by both the parties and that the petitioner as well as the informant both are involved in cases being committed by them, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
