2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Musrigharari P.S Case No. 27 of 2025 from the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Samastipur/ In charge Successor Court in Musrigharari registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 03.03.2025. It is next submitted that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10744 of 2026(4) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 16.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54710 of 2025.

4. Since, earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54710 of 2025. This time also there is no fresh ground to consider his prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected once again.
