ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Jaynagar P.S. case No.21 of 2014 registered under Sections 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by order dated 26.6.2014 vide Cr.Misc.No.17186 of 2014 but on submission that the Petitioner has fair antecedents, whereas there was one other case pending against him. Now he has filed a second application for anticipatory bail.

Since the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6233 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Petitioner to surrender in the court below, which shall consider the fact that the Petitioner on merits was found fit to be released on anticipatory bail.
