Both the petitioners have been given admissions in B.Ed. course. Even, formalities for admission with regard to Petitioner No. 2 have already been completed. So far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned, due to non-availability of Accountant of the college, in question, the formalities of admission could not be completed. The said petitioner has been asked to report on Monday, i.e., on 19th of December, 2016.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19117 of 2016 dt.16-12-2016 2/2 Respondents are directed to complete the formalities, so that the petitioner could start the study without any let and hindrance.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
