The petitioners are in custody in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 330 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the materials available on the record and criminal antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11043 of 2020(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioners. Prayer is rejected. However, the District & Sessions Judge, Katihar, is directed to take steps for conclusion of the trial of the case by the Fast Track Court within a period of nine months from today.
