Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Commercial quantity of liquor was recovered from bamboo clump and it is alleged that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the nature of material and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
