The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.344 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Considering the fact that petitioner no.1 is a Government servant and petitioner no. 2 does not stay in his village, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
