The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 498A/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife on any undertaking.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with dignity, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the court below shall grant him provisional bail after issuing notice on O.P.No.2 and on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each of like amount to the satisfaction of the court below. The court below shall make efforts to reconcile the disputes between

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8083 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 the parties. If the dispute is resolved, the court below shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner and if, it is not resolved, the court below shall pass orders on the merit on the provisional bail of the petitioner.
