This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a hut two liters of liquor was recovered, which was said to be of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Patna City, Patna, or successor Court.
