The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 464 of 2018, Special Case No. 11941 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 12 liters of illicit Mahua liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 18.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
