The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has been named in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kumar and Dilshad Ansari @ Pappu, who were apprehended on spot. It is further submitted on behalf of petitioner that neither the petitioner was arrested on spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.10.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the
