That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in nature of writ of Certiorari to quash list of 17 member team of State List under 19 men's Cricket team organized by Bihar Cricket Association and further for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.4039 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 Authorities to select and include the name of "Tusar" son of the petitioner in Selection Trial of Bihar Team which is commencing from 15th of October 2022 in League Match for Kooch Bihar Trophy 2022 because his son Tusar has got best performance in League Match but his name has not been selected and included."

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the authorities of the Bihar Cricket Association so that he can be given a chance to play for the State of Bihar. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
