Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 302, 307, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused Pinku Singh and Mukesh Singh entered in the shop of the informant and took away his father to their house for certain work but he was brutally assaulted and killed.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13967 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 248 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. With this observation this application is disposed of.
