JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016. Petitioner is ready for reconciliation. In the circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/Successor Court, in connection with Complaint Case
