2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that all the benefits has been granted to the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3504 of 2020 dt.27-07-2023 2/2 accordance with law and in support specific statements have been made in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of counter affidavit, filed on behalf of the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura.

3. Considering the aforesaid stand taken in the statement made in paragraphs 6, 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, if still the petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of retiral dues or non-payment of arrears of salary, as as result of benefit granted to him on account of A.C.P. Scheme adopted by the University, the petitioner may file representation before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura.

4. If the representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura, the same is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks by passing a reasoned order ensuring that any dues which still remains to be paid to the petitioner must be paid along with statutory interest forthwith within the aforesaid period.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
