Petitioner is accused in connection with Piprahi P. S. Case no. 95 of 2016 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged occurrence had taken place on 2.12.2016 but the written report has been filed on 22.2.2017. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has not taken the name of this petitioner involved in the alleged occurrence and has stated that on her sweet will she has married Phool Kumar, brother of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16047 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Piprahi P. S. Case no. 95 of 2016.
