Case No. 208 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-VI-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
