The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are stated to have looted the informant of Rs.50,000/ in cash and a mobile phone.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown . The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. He was remanded in this case from Sirdala P.S.Case no. 312 of 2020. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession He is in custody since 9.9.2020 and charge sheet has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20554 of 2021(2) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 submitted in the case but he has not been put on T.I. Parade. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court it is submitted that so called looted mobile was found being used by the mother of coaccused Taukish Sah. It is submitted that coaccused Golu Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 2.9.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. no.22462 of 2021 and Sagar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 13.8.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.30179 of 2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year and charge sheet having been submitted without putting him on T.I.Parade, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case no. 276 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada.
