JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their cases are similar to the cases of the petitioners in the batch of writ petitions, the lead case being C.W.J.C. No. 9921 of 2017(Binit Kumar & Ors versus The State of Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.5027 of 2019 dt.01-04-2019 2/2 & Ors) which was decided on 21st of August, 2017 and against which order, L.P.A as well as S.L.P. have been dismissed.
2. If the aforesaid fact is correct then the petitioners be also given the benefit of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9921 of 2017.
3. The petitioners are, therefore directed to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 3), who, on finding the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners to be correct, shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of six weeks on receipt of such representation along with a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
