For directing the respondent authorities particularly Respondent No. 3 & 4 for payment of legitimate dues of petitioner lying with the respondent authorities to the tune of Rs. 7,61,985/- (Rs. Seven Lac Sixty One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five only) out of Rs. 10,15,980/- (Rs. Ten Lac Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty only) as petitioner has executed the allotted work in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3433 of 2022(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Month of May, 2020 which was allotted to the petitioner vide Work Order No. BCWC-06/2008/464 dated 02.08.2019 but even after completion of work, petitioner has not been paid his full wages.

For directing the respondent authorities for payments of admitted dues with the penal interest @ 18% and all cost charges and expenses of incurred by the petitioner along with cost of litigation. iii.
