The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 283, 332, 353, 337, 338, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR against the petitioners is that they attacked on police party when police party was trying to save the driver of a vehicle who was being assaulted by group of Kawaria people on 10.08.2019 in the day near Registry Chowk, Gogri. Allegation against is that they pelted bricks and caused serious injury and obstructed public servant in discharge of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9446 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 official duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and there is no specific allegation against the them. The petitioners have got one criminal antecedent for the same offence which is filed by one Baleshwar Chaudhary (mentioned in para-3 of the bail petition).

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
