This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he repeatedly assaulted causing injury on the head of the informant with farsa. The doctor had found single head injury, which is laceration one and simple in nature over fore-arm.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 408 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court.
