The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2018. He further submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case in relation of seizure of two stolen motorcycles from the house of the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remain in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11636 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 454 of 2018.
