The petitioners seek bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 13/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named nine persons including the petitioners and made omnibus and general allegation of assault against them and other accused persons. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant, his sons (Ramesh Paswan and Suresh Paswan), and Ajay Paswan, Panchlal Paswan and Dhanilal Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and from side of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15814 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 14/2017 was registered. All the injured except one Suresh Paswan, got simple injuries. Suresh Paswan got grievous injury, but who is the author of that injury has not been stated in the entire case diary and the F.I.R. The petitioners are in jail since 12.01.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
