The petitioner is accused in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 712 of 2018, registered under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant by the petitioner with the help of his mother, Chunmun Devi and Arun Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to love affairs daughter of the informant left the house and moved with the petitioner according to her own sweet will but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case. No.9396 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., in which, while she has stated about taking her by the petitioner and co-accused, Arun Kumar and keeping at Nepal but she has not made any complaint against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 712 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
