4. The learned Advocate for the appellants presses the afore-noted interlocutory application for condoning the delay of 01 year 08 months and 21 days in preferring this appeal.
5. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 01 year 08 months and 13 days in preferring this appeal is condoned.

7. Both the appeals have been taken up together. Though there has been delay of more than a year in preferring these appeals, but considering the fact that in similar circumstances, against the same order of the Government, a judgment has been delivered in LPA No. 431 of 2021, giving the benefit to employees who are similarly situated as the appellants.
8. In that view of the matter, we dispose off these two appeals by observing that with the clear stand of the respondents/State of according the benefit to the appellants also, there would be no requirement of passing any fresh order in the afore-noted appeals.
9. It is expected that the implementation of the Division Bench judgment shall be executed at the earliest.
