JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents, brothers and brothers' wife of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

No.10313 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the complainant and the stand of the husband of the complainant before the learned court below that he is ready to keep the complainant as wife with dignity which gets reflected from the impugned order, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No.3347 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
