JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Saran/ District Agriculture Officer, Saran at Chapra to consider the application of the petitioner to provide subsidy amount as per the guidelines of the Government of Bihar under the Krishi Input Subsidy Scheme qua the crops affected due to drought/ flood, however, the learned counsel for the respondent- State has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that since the petitioner has not uploaded the Lagan receipt as per the guidelines and the receipts uploaded by the petitioner are old

Patna High Court CWJC No.3341 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 ones, his claim has been rejected.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
