The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.29 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have caused fire arms injury to the daughter of the informant after pushing down from motorcycle, while returning from her school.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is no

No.13988 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 specific allegation as regard to firing upon the daughter of the informant, where, the allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and having disability with 70% and he is in custody since 27.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.29 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J. M. 1st Class, Barh, Patna.
