The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. case no. 727 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B), 26, 35 of Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that his name transpires in the confessional statement of co-accused before the police and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides. In above view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, his such prayer stands rejected. However, petitioner may
