JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No.249 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From bare perusal of the F.I.R., it would manifest that 17.640 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered. It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted. Considering the period of custody and charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
